Roya Jabari
Principal and Lead Interior Designer
For interior designer Roya Jabari, a home is akin to a canvas where every corner, space and mood is carefully crafted and decorated by her vision.
Roya studied Interior Design at the Design Institute of San Diego after a stint at St Louis University in Madrid. Her career has spanned over three decades working initially in San Diego where she started her first home décor business. She then moved to Dubai where she managed design and procurement projects for leading hospitality brands.. She now divides her time between Dubai and Southern Spain with a large part of the year spent travelling, attending specialist interior design shows as well as sourcing new and interesting products from across the globe.
Roya has a passion for interiors and furniture and is constantly learning and researching to expand and refine her manufacturing base and designs. She has designed and sourced furniture from Asia to America and everywhere in between.
Ailse Warriner
Strategy, Planning & Client Relations Director
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce specializing in International Marketing and Accountancy at University College Dublin followed by a Higher Diploma from the Institute of Direct Marketing in the UK, Ailse started off her career working in London for advertising agencies on brands such as Christian Dior, British Airways, Alliance and Leicester and Ford Motor Company.
She was part of the team that developed the first internet bank in the UK called Egg, a revolutionary concept at the time. Since moving to Spain in 2003 she has worked in luxury real estate project managing multi million-pound budgets and global marketing campaigns for global luxury real estate brands. She has worked on many interior design projects with Roya both in Spain and in the UAE.
Guilda Harti
Lead Project Manager, Spain
Guilda began her career in a family-owned kitchen manufacturing business, where she gained hands-on experience in production processes, materials, design and quality control. This experience instilled in her a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
After completing a pedagogy management degree in Switzerland, she started acquiring properties there, renovating and then selling them. From there she worked in international interior companies including Linea Verde and perfected her fluency in 5 languages.
One of Guilda’s core strengths lies in her ability to bridge the gap between innovative design concepts and the practicalities of construction. She has a deep-seated respect for precision and attention to detail ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Rania Elsadek
Interior Designer
Rania a highly experienced interior designer and business professional with a passion for interiors, project management, negotiations and client services. After completing a degree in Interior Design at the renowned Inchbald School of Design in London, she started her career working for Clarins in Saudi Arabia.
From there, her career expanded into several different business development and management roles working for leading companies in the UAE. She launched her own interior design business in Dubai in 2010 and is now an important member of the Roya Interiors Team . Rania speaks fluent Arabic and English.
Mel Ray
Lead Project Manager, Dubai
Mel is a highly organized Project Manager who has worked in the events industry in the Gulf for 16 years, with a proactive, can-do attitude, strong administration, and time management experience. With a Diploma in Business and Finance from the UK, she launched her career in the UAE working for some of the largest exhibitions in the region including the Dubai Air Show, Arab Health, Gulfood and GITEX Technology Week.
More recently she worked for the World Defense Show in Riyadh as Operations Manager working in a 600,000m2 venue and planning the first large scale event of its kind hosting live air and land displays. Tina is currently involved with project managing COP28 and the set installation for Madame Tussauds, Dubai.
Vanessa Mulvey
Music and Sound Specialist
Vanessa is an experienced music and sound specialist as well as a DJ with a demonstrated history of working in the music industry. With a degree in Herbal Medicine from Middlesex University she has lived and worked in the UAE since 2006 working with hospitality brands including Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels, Crowne Plaza and Fairmont Hotels.
Vanessa is highly skilled at incorporating music into the interior design of outlets and hotels to enhance the overall ambiance and customer experience as well as reinforce brand identity, improve the working environment and for entertainment and enjoyment.
